Here is a simple backlog setup, good for small nimble teams. There are three boards:

• Active → Feature work that is getting worked.
• Tasks → Small stuff that doesn’t need much planning. Bugs, copy updates, things like that.
• Everything → Global repo. This feeds the Active and Tasks boards.
